Hello, everyone! Sorry I've been so inactive as of late, I've been awful busy at school. Minty's Semi-Sweet is probably going to have a name change sometime in the future, and a change in attitude. The bakery will be an all vegan bakery- meaning no meat, cheese, milk, eggs, honey, or any other animal derivative. The reason being is because of my morals, but a vegan diet isn't just for those who know it's right. It's also for people who have allergies or intolerance to just about any animal byproduct. It's also easy to make gluten-free foods that are vegan, as well! Please note that just because I believe that being vegan is the way to go doesn't mean I won't right out tell you to go vegan as well. I think most people could, and some people I know really cannot either due to their body chemistry, religious beliefs, or affordability of vegan products.

A bit about me: I'm an 18-year-old student attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY for the BPS Baking & Pastry Arts program. I hope in that time to be able to extern at a vegan bakery, take the wines course, and graduate with high grades. I am part of the welcome team and hopefully soon I will become a Residence Assistant. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY, love all animals, and I don't really hate anything (although I might say I hate something). If you have any questions about going into the culinary industry or anything about veganism, shoot me a note and I'll answer it as best I can!

RULES AND GUIDELINES OF THIS PROFILE:
1. No profanity. I am using this profile so that my potential employers, or employees, may find my professional work and talents. I do not want to be embarrassed by the childish swearing that may be going on around here. If it is needed, please keep it to a minimum. Let it be known that unnecessary profanity will be deleted, and repeat offences will be blocked from my page.
2. No bullying. I have a zero toleration policy for bullies. If you are bullying my friend(s), you will be blocked from my page so that it does not spread onto it. If you are bullying me, you will be blocked. After I have blocked you, I will report you for bullying. There is no need for it. You are simply adding to the misery of this world. If one of my friends/watchers is bullying you, please inform me so that I may do the same. I don't care if I've known you or them for years.
3. No trolling. I have the same policy for trolling as I do bullying. If you are trolling me or one of my friends, or they do the same, please let me know. If you are personally trolling me, you will be blocked (same as what has been aforementioned).
4. No critiquing without permission. Unless you are my boss, coworker, or fellow peer (that I know in real life), do not critique my work without my explicit permission. I know it sounds weak on my part, but I don't appreciate it unless you know exactly what you are talking about.
5. 'Please' and 'Thank you': 'Please' and 'thank you' are my three favourite words in the entire world. Use these, and we can have a good relationship. You don't have to, but it certainly improves my perspective of you.
6. No, I will not give you points. I'm broke enough as it is.
